We have players from 50+ different countries, and the server is international. If someone speaks in his native language in chat, this means, that only part of players will understand it. Less players can help or buy/sell items with that guy.  Yes, by country, Vietnam has the largest %. But it's between 20-30%. Maybe this shows, that Vietnam players are more active and communicable?  At this point, why should we block them? The most active community?  We discuss about this a few times each year, but I don't see a way to change the current situation.
