I don't know. After binding, lw and dw can use a teleport?

If anyone played on the webzen, what is the behavior there?

I think TP not working with Binding. But BK can Rush even if he takes TP. Other issues about TP I have never met

In cases like this, IGCN always require a proof, that this is the original mechanic from webzen. If on Webzen characters can move with the help of rush, skill, tp and other skills like this - they won't change anything. In otherway, this will be a bug and they will fix it.

SM can not TP while Binded.

At least not on Sega. I was already plenty times binded and had to wait with TP until Binding end.
If somebody experienced that kind of situation, it must be only on other server or it was 1 time problem.

if u mean the Radiance Expansion Slot scroll then is only for the 5th Slot
u cant open the rest of the slots.
1-2-3-4 are from drop
5th is the only 1 u can open by yourself!

any rank lvl up to +6 is safe and its 100%, +7 and higher you can loose. dont know %

Its not true , 15 - 20 minutes ago my friend burns erttel when up +2, so its not 100% something changed or bugged ??

it's a very rare bug, and might happen about 4-5 times per year. 
If that errtel was important, please write the described information - i will restore it.

does this mean that errtel of radiance only comes off those monsters only? and not that you can craft by making errtels? 
because i have tried plenty of times, no radiance success during craft only the 4 errtels(slot 1,2,3&4).. 0% radiance. @Arturs
