I confirmed. I have the same problem. Right click, it drop on the ground like normal item. This Box is reward from quest item - Quest #72 Char name - Sumka

I played 3 times "FIND BOMBS". I always got Mastery Box(RUD) from "even higher box" - not any jewels.
