Issues after merge Angel -> Sega

2. None of the other characters were transferred that had no reset and all the important items were stored there.

It was hard for me to get all that item, jewles, wings, clocks and others

2. No harmony opt on my Nightwing Armor. I received the brilliant set but the next day it all disappear and only got the Brilliant Gloves and Armor without harmony opt.

There weren't any harmony options on these items, only on boots. Iris set i didn't find at all.
Stats fixed, when you will make "reset stats" via the website, these 200 stats appear.
Others who will make reset - won't lose their stats.

All your items from in-game vault are now in the virtual vault.
Items from non-reset characters and characters not transferred. In the next week, i will check these cases and restore valuable items

About set. Please share more information. Do you receive it via trade in game or web? Date and approx time?

Originally these items were in the virtual vault or in-game?
Did you notice it when checked your virtual vault on sega? Or after withdraw it disappears?

i didn't find anything about that. No trades in game, no transferred bonuses. Sounds cold.
