As I see it, there are 2 sides of this

• It would be good because then more items would be valuable and there wouldn't be situation where people find items with 4 options but without the most important one.
• It would be bad because it would enable 5 option items on the server, it would be way to easy to obtain sets, people will say: "definitely a function for only donators, how can players afford that etc.".

From my point of view I think it would only be worse if this option could be added into any item and it's already decent that you can add rate into weapons and pendants and damage decrease into shields and rings. I prefer the hard way where you have to look for your item rather than just adding the option for bonuses. Also the fact that you can upgrade items with a help of TOCA without losing you item is another reason, now you find your item and that's it, you can upgrade it without risk.

DD are for Shield and Ring, EDR are for Pendant and Weapons

This system is logicless. If I have rolled weapon with EDR I cant make it more valuable. So I need to roll all except EDT in perspective to make high value weapon or pendant.

this is not a random item that will only be dropped for ruud
or all or nothing rings you can also drop from dd :)

Honestly, on mastery items dd option isn't a very important.
