[28.03.2024] - Season 19 and new balance

Justification for not buff for LW: With the two +15 full option weapons you can just fight someone xD. So I must be the best LW on the server to fight a bk or sm noob. I don't see that they have balanced anything for the LW, they add a little bit of speed (insignificant) and take away damage = more nerfed. The server will continue to be full of BK SM ELF and nothing for LW as always.

2. TOCA- lost amount
3. ertel burn on +1
4. cant enter SOD 
5. RSI mob hitting too pain i assume, saw many died there

Has anyone tested SL so far? 

My first observations are:

1. PvE became even worst than it was
2. Something strange is also with PvP. I've tested duels with more or less same-level gear Sum and MG. Last week it was more or less draw, after update SL lost almost without any chances.

No any more accurate investigations at the moment but from the first glance it feels like SL is nerfed significantly :)

confirm TOCA, I had 2 in the trunk, now only 1 appears.

For other side, Varka is Ok now

3. Should be fixed already. I will check it double, maybe need to reload the server.

Cannot be dissembled? About the red box - we've changed the red box a long time ago as i remember.

Read information about Jewel of Luck. It gives a 50% chance of success (it's jewel of luck).
And it's not an s19 change, it works like this before

The TOCA and ETOCA not stacking is true tho

2.my SM def was 16k after update is 13k... set is doungraded

3.in PvP now my SM peace of ****(it was before, but not that bad)

4.to kill ELITE mobs, takes AGES!!!! before i slay it, i will be killed 100 times by another players...

5.all updates made SPECIALY and ONLY, for Donaters!!!
