We have a rule 4.25 which prevents bot farm, but unfortunately there is no "limit" about pc, account, char and etc. and there is no even a word about 2nd PC. So, "if not forbidden, then it is acceptable". I also know guys who play with 2 PC, even he does it not to be lagged. He is opening his buffers on other PC and main acc on the main PC. Like that he is not lagging. I think 2 PC's fair enough for everyone. In the end Arturs will decide what to do with it

Here is my decision. In SMKent's case where he was saying "shit" I didn't even accepted it, Cerebrum banned him. For me that was not a violation and I'd reject that case. Now I checked that case and can say that it was not a "proof" that he was talking to Light, even after Light asking him to confirm that he is talking to him or not, he still didn't confirmed. But still got chat ban for that. This is why I have to accept this case too to be fair for both side and nothing serious, it will be just a chat ban. Guys, just for ur information. I won't accept any childish argues like "shit, dog, idiot, noob and etc." anymore. U r not kids to complain to ur teacher that ur classmate said u "dog" or something. Yes, u r right, such bosses are hard to catch. But ur suggestion won't make it ez. Those "veterans" are playing with 3-4 maxed geared chars and with adding more spots will give them another opportunity to put their twinks on those spots as @zpepiroth said

I already PM-ed @nghuybk. As I understand he is not an "official" streamer of MUX Legends server, he is streaming just for himself. In this case nothing can be done. Yes, maybe they was chasing you, following and etc. by your stream, but the rule is for streamers of the MUX Legend server which are "officially" known as streamers, like GoldRabbit, CrazyBaby, -Dream-S and etc. Let's wait for the answer of @Ivan Nebraska, I think he can make a clear decision.

Streaming doesn't give any "highness" to anyone. Streamers r also normal players and it is so normal to get killed or fight for boss and etc. This rule about the "following" the streamer. For example, Positive is a streamer and farming at AshyAida xx:yy spot, ScoopyDoo watching his stream, finding him and killing, then Positive going to another spot, but coz of the stream ScoopyDoo finds easily the Positive and again coming and killing him at another spot, at other map, location and etc. Killing a streamer on boss event it is acceptable, or even MUST HAVE

Ok, I see Ur point. We had this conversation with admin team approximately 1-2 years ago. So we decided not to touch the current "rules" about chat, coz if we add this "rule" the Prison forum will be full of reports. For example, in my language "göt" means "ass", in chat I will write like GOT and someone will report me for speaking in another language :D (or vise versa he won't even imagine that I called him ass :D). Then I'll argue that "No I was writing to another guy about GETTING the item from inventory". I think u got the point. Endless and meaningless language reports will bore everyone. Am I not agree with English speaking chat? I agree, sure thing. It would be nice to use only 1 lang, but unfortunately there is no way and always standing at the head of the players like gestapo, ban them, punish them and etc. not fair and proper solution.
