I guess all these changes is to make less powerful end-game players. Or to make weaker low level characters equipped with good items and achives. And it's very good. Just want to notice you that you nerfed excellent items little bit. Because ruud set cant reach a high points (800+) opposite excellent one. The difference between sets will be lower. And its bad.
