guseynov 4 Posted November 21 Hi Artur, yesterdayi upgraded my earrings lvl2 +15 from site, and now i have earrings lvl3 but +0 only. I open ticket from support, but they said me: That's the way it should be, I don't see the problem i upgraded 2 times before and sharpening level don`t change. Whats Change in server? Can I request a refund because I didn't know you had changed your rules and it wasn't announced. Thank you in advance. - Each of us is the SONS of our own deeds... You can increase grade of your earrings to the next level, with the save of all your current options on the item. I don't understand, what players thinking when reading this description? Where is anything about save a level of earrings? (this is original text, didn't changed). We've fixed a bug with level, that's it.
