Maximum stats explanations

Please explain, the maximum number of stats 32767 - but higher stats are possible, as shown in the screenshot. 
In addition, I get 1703 stats. 
How are they counted? And what is the maximum working limit of stats? The additional 1703 stats on the screen - do they work or do I need to calculate so that together with them I have 32767 ?

if u add points on stats ML tree u will see that goes above 32767
 

the blue stats are the stats that u get from ur items

like demon+1
or set +13 etc

32767 is maximum that you can add with commands and services by yourself. All rest what you get from ML or items coming as additional stats that works and increases ATK power in your case with strength stat.

That doesn't answer anything.

It allows you to add points past 32767. Question is, when you add more points do they work or is it just a visual thing?

It works. You can add 32767 stats, check crit or exc damage on the sea worm, and after add ML stats and check it again.
