No it's not. That character was supposed to be set to lvl 400 so that he would reset and get the stats. He is not level 400 and therefore only has 14k stats.

I believe there are some stat issues as well for some. I believe it was said that after the transfer all characters will have level 400. This guy has level 23 and has 14k free stats at 99 resets.

Two questions from me. 1. If they are capped in Prime at 101rr as I can see from the rankings, will players like me (from Dune) that would come over with 20rr will get 198rr? Or will we be capped at 101rr as well? 2. It's cool that the resets will be adjusted but...Prime even as a new server has people with crazy +15 sets leaving Dune players at a disadvantage. Any plans to adjust that as well? Or are Dune players going in weaker gear-wise?

Unless you want to sponsor the servers sit your ass down and stop making controversial topics. Where there are private servers - there are server costs. Who has to pay for them? - The owner. Will anyone make a server which generates no money? - Not unless they are fucking rich. In reality nobody will pay their money so that you or someone else can enjoy the game for free. Life is tough buddy and shit costs money. So either you suck it up or find a different MU server to play. Or better yet go and try to make one yourself and show me how you can do it better. Elf doesn't buff the party and I can't figure out why. Any help would be nice. Update - So the Elf is buffing other characters that are in a different party and different levels. Not quite sure why it wasn't buffing 1st party. Could levels/maps or party's impact buffing? Update v2 - Seems like the party itself was bugged. Re-made the party and the issue was resolved. No need to answer this anymore.
