Sega Balance/Rework

You guys probably still are Working on Sega Update for Balancing and Reworks. Take the first Post of mine to consideration.

RF is lacking in Everything.. "yes he has okay-ish DMG for extreme Meele Charackter" but i cant give him HP nor can i give him DEF to out Balance him.
Whos idea was this Master Tree ?... Dark Side is No End Game PVP/PVE Skill! So most RFs play with Dragon Roar since Spirit Hook is too "lashy" meaning it doesnt Hit the Target all the Time. Especially when SM/LW Tps we can simply stand still and accept that all we can do is Die here anyway.

I would like to Show you.. take a look at the Determination Tree "Blue" i have to WASTE 40 Points to get to Extra GO with another 20 Points = 60 in Total.
I have to skill 4 Useless Skills in this Tree to reach the Extra HP .. Show me 1 other Class that has to " Waste " so many Points befor reaching the Extra HP.
With Balancing this is also meaningfull that it is unfair for 1 or another Class to Waste such crazy amount of Points to get Extra HP when there are Classes out there that get it almost for Free
or with less "wasted" points.




I Tested everything on RF and for RF and there is no way that this Class is playable at this Rate. Its a nice Class and only Few on Sega that truely reached End Game with T8 Set - Mux Weapons - W4 - Max Earings - Rings - Pend - Pets whatever. I think it is just RE5PECT and myself Fate.
Pls Fix like i said in my first Post - Formular for RF - Master Tree - Stats x Requirements for Wep. Set. etc.

All those 1v1 Pvp Testings is useless if you dont handle the Core of All wich is Sets/Stat Points and Formulars.
(Yes.. all tried with T8 set - Ruud Set all +15 Btw full Harmony) next i would Test Socket Set but Socket is useless for RF :D .. so no need to test it but i will still do it...

Also wrote about some Bugs in my first Post wich got Completely Ignored.. so please take a look into that aswell.

There won't be a re-balance, just existing fixes for PvE and PvP, like on Prime and Dragon. And looks like these changes were good. It will be done this month, closer to the end of November. 

I can totally agree with the complaint about a blue branch for RF. Honestly, a lot of classes master skill tree should be reworked, to make it more equal to each-other, but this will be a part of a total rebalance and rework.

Test how GC max gear with Briliant15, and losing all boss with other while they come with exc set and No lyza punish, and DEF seam RF very paper, hope you deep test and fix it Thanks

btw take a look on kundun please. as far as i remembered, you told me you will balance him but after likely 6 months still nothing

Next month will be new season with completely new balance for all servers . Just wait :) 

we waited for 1 year … can wait couple weeks as well

But... All was changed, except the master skill tree.
Stats issue with skills, items, requirements - now all damage are going from STR. Like any other physical class.
Speed - changed on the weapons. +now you have more stats to spend on agility. 
Formulas has been changed due the big rebalance. 

Master skill tree - yes, we didn't touch. But also it will be reworked some day. 

Also, RF receive the most exclusive additional PvP damage among all of the characters: 

7.5% extra against DL! 

So please, changes has been made.

Rage fighter: Like as MG, Fast kill and fast die. 

• Dark side: big changes here. Normal for PvE, but almost not usable in PvP.
• Dragon slasher: You won't take off 100% SD from enemy in success case. Only 50% <- Nerfed.
• Spirit hook: The best choice for you in PvP <- Super Close Range.
  
  You say he got the BEST PVP dmg among all classes? How did u test it ? Befor that " Rebalance " i could atleast with a low % of a chance, vanish someones SD BAR now.. it gets to 50% with the same Low chance. After that i need tp Punch him in his Belly and try to kill him while, he needs 2-3 hits and im Dead. Hello ??
  
  Ye Stats were changed but only bcoz you changed the main stat to STR, RF on low stat Server wont reach max atk speed anyway, doesnt matter how many items he has + atk speed. Maxing STR is must have, 5k Energy is must have to get full on Ignore Buff do his Job. Than maxing VIt how much points are left for Agi ??? I never understand the Testings you guys do, how about a Video for us ? To showcase ur Testings between all Classes?
  
  Have u noticed Kundun ?! Crazy DMG and what u do ? you Buff his ATK Speed ??? How the fk yall tested Kundun ?? There is not 1 Class that can Win a Straight 1v1 against this Class and im 100% sure that yall only test 1v1s with same Sets etc. So how did that work ? Showcase please. I have plenty Videos me Top SM fighting Top Kundun on Prime, no fking chance with his crazy ass dmg + tanky without a SHIELD " Sm uses Shield btw. " and that amount of ATK Speed. So pls.. Show us ^^

What you say makes sense. I'm currently trying out RF on x200 and I think RF in terms of damage is very good but his defense is a bit weak. but I think the problem here is not that character's defense but his attack distance. If he deals damage, he will be very strong. but because other characters have higher attack range than him, it leads to him being as weak as we think. RF belongs to the "Short Arms" system so we have to accept that when playing RF. Most of the "Short Arms" characters are humiliated like that :D. I think so. Any changes and modifications will be at the discretion of the Mu Management Board. Thank you for your comment.
