I quit the game. I made a res. and everything does not come into play. I go into the room with the character and does not move further ..Now  loading    .

Some of them must helps in these situations. Probably this is anti-ddos defender.

Restart your router, PC and wait for 15 minutes

Always have black screen when i move to any location. SHIFT+mouse3 helps when 3D map is ON, but can`t do it on some locations like LA. Alt account is working fine from the same PC. Help please)

try F7 when u have that and maybe will help

It is helping any other map, but not in LA. So 2 account on the PC which i login first - no problem, who was logged last have this issue and doesn`t matter which account, both have the same trouble, all depends what account i login first and last. Weird...

when you connect to the second account, you have a black screen when need to choose server/character ?

No i have black screen only when i try to move between the locations, otherwise all good with no issues

I had issue only with black screen on the server/character select screens, if run 2 or more windows at the same time. Have you tried to just reinstall the game?

i did update but it was said it is up to date , i also delete it and reinstall the driver too . it not working

It's definitely something with a graphic card. But i've never seen anything like this. 
After you log in, is there anything strange with other interface elements?
