I would say, that with new ancients, it's easier to make it, because before there were a lot of low-tier sets in drop, but now there are more weapons. Price will depends on 1) item type - gloves less zen, armor most valuable. Weapons more valuable than armor 2) Grade - higher grade = more zen. Weapons from tier C have a big grades.
