win11 cannot start the installer

So, downloaded the full client on win11 -> cannot start the installer. What should I do? Thanx!

1. Run as administrator?
2. Check Windows defender (propably read it as a virus threat)

firstly turn off the Defender or the 3rd part antivirus. In W11 defender crying about the files of the game. Even better add the folders to exclusion.
