Issues after merge Angel -> Sega

• b) many fenrir craft items  from-sega server (was transfered after merge from virtual to game vault. maybe more items, so pls check)
• disappered Vault expansion tab on sega srv

All harmony now ok.

It was in-game -> I wanted to move them to virtual but only saw an empty space when I tried, so they stayed in the bank in the game

2. I just lost my lyra with punish 5:18 server time. I saw that I have duplicate in virtual vault and tried to put in invent to sell. I dc'd and lose both. i lost my brilliant set items also.

Can you clear items duplicated in virtual vault. when i try to remove them i lose all my items.. please... i cant use virtual vault... you duped all my items... thats why i am losing all my items. I could find reason finally why they disappear

I thought, that you've bought that set on SEGA server, not Angel, so that's why i didn't find it. 
At what date approx. you've bought it? I need to find old serials numbers of the items

13/07/2023 around this day. on x50 server.. (You can also check which date i buy web bons via website.)

These items were on my virtual vault during server merge.

Also i lost my Lyra and errtels inside it... others i lost not important

Please check your virtual vault. All items from in-game vault were moved to the virtual vault on the website.

can't find this character in the market logs. Give more specific information about this bow. Levels, options, approx date when you last time see it on the account?

2. It was a Madoka Bow +Edr+9 + Some Harmony opt (don't remember which). It was in the market for about a week up until merge happened.
Name was: xGod I think it was a Gunner. But it was just created, No lvl, No rr.
