Stuck in Event Square

My characters are stuck in Event Square under level 10, and I can't find any way to get out..
This happened to both "ElonMusk" and "Rizz" on the Prime-server.
Would appreciate help!

There might be a way to get out that I don't know about, I'm no expert. But I tried all the obvious ways

So I actually got them unstuck

This is probably a "trick" that can work for the people who get stuck in the black void as well:

The "Teleport to Party Member"-thing is bugged if your party member is in Dungeon.

So I went to Dungeon with another character, and tried to teleport to that character, and then I ended up in the place where you start with a new character in Lorencia.

If this actually works with the "black void"-problem as well we should probably pin it in the support forum or something.
Since I saw a lot of posts with people who were stuck and admin had to fix manually in the past, when I searched.
So IF it works - people have a way to fix it themselves

u can also use the teleport Service in website to move ur char in some maps

I tried that, but it would not let me because I was under level 10.

How did you get there under level 10?

About black void - it's usually when game server went down, and didn't restart by itself. But if this happens, this happens for everyone.

try Varka event, it help you get to lvl 10 and you can get out Event Map. You're welcome
