1) Make a "refresh" button for characters on the market, such as it is for things

2) Make it possible to trade on the market for Web bonuses

3) Make the "email change" function available for bonuses

4) Add the ability to trade for Ruud, as for zen, right in the game

1, 3, 4.1 - In list
2, 5 - Need to talk with other admins and senate. 
4.2 - not sure. About this one i would like to read some suggestion and thoughts from other players and senate too. 
6 - socket sets not actual right now. It should be rebalanced from the very beginning and not a priority goal right now. Maybe closer to the winter will see.
