From Master level monsters (Kanturu remain, Karutan, and higher monsters) chance of jewel of chaos is pretty low. From Basic level monsters, normal chance of jewel of chaos drop. BUT lower level monsters have a bigger chance to drop. (when new players farm their levels and reset in lower maps, they will have a chance to farm more jewels of chaos, and will have the opportunity to sell it to stronger characters.
