Very suspicious indeed, when that guy is not afk, he always PK everyone on the spot if his character got PK'ed, so yeaaa very suspicious :))

He had the second window on the same PC, at the same time, and the second character was active in non-afk mode. 
Later we will add additional information in the 2.1 rules, to prevent situations like this.
