I purchased an item (Pure White Cloak) from a store from "P" it cost me 60m zen. it has been deducted from my zen, but its not in my gremory inventory. Twice i am lost my items and zen. 29/03/2023 00:50 min i bought from Kycok Spirit Helm+l+dd+zen, Kycok received zen, but char Voda lost item 😞 and i time was 28/03/2023 about 15:00 - 19:00 lost 200kk zen, cahracters Voda and Kycok.
