Fourth skill tree became inactive

Hi, Admin! Today, after a visit Imperial Fortress, the 4th skill tree become inactive for me (Meteor Strike + Freezing), the freezing circle does not work and the dmg is less than it was, asking for help to fix this. I tried to reset the branch and studied it again, it didn’t help. Then reinstalled the game, the same.

Yes, still have issue. I can send you password and you'll check it. Or i will wait a server restart, maybe this will help.

never send your password to anyone. Even if you think it is an admin. Admin doesn't need any password. Just for your information and attention.
