Condor flame can be obtain form Gaion event with low %, from Ashy Aida ranking with random chance, from x-shop

and for condor feather

thanks mate, but i tried to put a few exc items +9 and +4 additional some of them are 0 stones and some of them are not eligible to place in. thats why im confused on what or which equipment i need to place in .
