pikapika 8 Posted December 30, 2021 fix RW ruud skill im bored and sick of every skill doing 2x more than ruud skill .. ice storm > ruud twister > ruud evil spirits > ruud just a clunky slow shitty skill with bad pve damage.. if you dont want to increase its damage.. then increase attack speed limit only to this specific skill and increase attack speed from haste (only to RW) or add lighting storm attack speed in job 3 ML with some juicy numbers to increase attack speed only for this skill..
