Elf skill summon bali summon soldier not working

Hi all, would like to ask, why my Elf skill  summon bali summon soldier not working???when i cast, my elf hand is hold up, but nth come out. other summon skill is okay.

Hi, those two skills were removed because there was an issue when you would receive Arena points for killing summoned monster in Legends Arena. Other summon skills like you said work just fine because they don't affect that.
