Bonus mana and Increase mana value.

Im wondering because I dont see it anywhere or at least nobody explain it, is just Max mana and Increase mana % only good in SM?, in another servers mana has value for ene elf since mana can increase the potential of the buff, but here I dont see it anywhere, someone please explain how it works please.

No, these options are total trash. 

It's good only for increasing set bonus. Like if you have choices between item +luck+dd and +luck+dd+mana, it's of course better to buy a second one.

I see, can u confirm if is also trash for sm? like more mana increase shield efficiency or is a fairy tale, also are you planning doing something with mana? like make it valuable for pve or pvp somehow?

Soul barrier use only Agility and Energy stats. On some old season servers this can be true. As i know, on servers with season 13 or higher it's doesn't exist,

We don't have opportunity to add new parameters to the skills. 😞

Soul barrier have cap, so right now, there need a not really big digits, to receive maximum % on this skill. As i remember, about 5000 agility already gives to you full power of Soul barrier. 
But anyway, agility is main stat for Soul barrier.
