If there is a plan to reduce number of streamers, let the streamers know in advance. Don't wait till the streamers are done with their weekly streaming then tell them that they are not getting pay. At the very minimum pay them for what they have done, then tell them about your plan going forward. Having people streaming for the whole week, then tell them " we not paying you" because we want to fight inflation or whatever you trying to do is BS.
