Where can I find material for attending BC7 and DS7? The NPC in Devias only sell +6 material, and I can't find the +7 anywhere.

Some maps do not load completely and have empty area like this (same with Elbeland). And I can't click to walk to those areas. Once I move pass it, I can't go back in. Please help.
