When buffing myself with berserker, 81% of my HP is taken, this is not to say that it is taking a portion of my maximum health, so I am in PvP battle or Boss, when I rebuff to ensure my berserker wont expire during battle, it brings my HP from 2101 to 391 every time I use the spell.

How is Intermediate stone obtained here for increasing success rate chance?

I completed quest number 60 this morning and it says Error2 Please contact administrator. No reward was given, I relogged and tried again and it initiated next quest so I did not receive my feather.
