    If the plans of admin haven't changed, Sega won't merge with Prime. Both servers are backup servers for new servers. Sega for low rate servers, Prime for high rate server. It means, if the "population" of a high rate server like Dragon x500 will fall, then it will merge to Prime. If the activity of a low rate server below x100 will fall in the future, it will merge with Sega. 

    Again, plans were like that. In the end decides the admin.

    exactly, this server uses % in its "super custom" configs. This is why it needs to be tested before the release. 

    Prime waited more than a year for balance changes :Yao: It is ok for this server :spanishkek:.

    What u played, where u played I dunno and not interesting. 99% MU servers has default configs, they just copy and paste. This server has its custom configs, if u copy and paste them, u will have insane numbers like damage, defense, crit and etc. All will oneshot each other or wise versa all will be super tanky. Set bonus, achievement bonus, guild buff, class buffs and etc, all effects the balance, so u have to test them before implementing new stuff. I don't need to play before talking, I saw enough "new stuff" in these 3 years here. Every time same scenario.

    if u want a half worked, full bugged NEW STUFF without any balance, so it can be even tomorrow. This server is a custom configured server which means all have to be checked, rebalanced, each class, each new stuff tested and etc. and it takes many time. So be patient

    Yeah, this is a known bug of DL. We hope it will be fixed with S19. 

    About the report, rules are rules. Even if it is a temp bug, using the bug knowing about it, already prevention.

    TBH, I didn't know that u can't use UR buffers which r not in ur guild or alliance. On my last CS I also did the same, then people warned me about that. So asked to other "knowing" people and got the answer like "yes u can't use them" (we still got lost, so no one reported me thanks for this :D). Now after all, I think it will be prevention. So I'm letting this one to @Arturs

    1. Rule is clear. Forbidden "Switch character" and "ALT+F4". No mention about warp to another map.
    2. U can't be sure that he hasn't died in teleport mode. Some times SM can be killed while teleporting.
