    it is a known bug, by default batflock is a powerful skill, but in this server it acts like a debuf, maybe default settings overwrite the custom ones

    1. u haven't mentioned who u complain. Yes we can see on screenshot, but u have to mention on post too. But it is not a big problem in this case, coz at least it is obvious.
    2. 4.6 is about humiliation of a player offending the relatives of him. So this rule doesn't fit here.
    3. Maybe 4.2 would fit, but even this one doesn't fit. Coz the BufBuf is an Elf and writing like "sck my bow noob" kinda trash talking. In any language adding or removing any element to the sentence can change its meaning. From the rules we see that trash talking not accepting like abuse.

    4.2. Humiliation of players and the use of obscene language.

    Penalty: Chat ban on characters on the account, or block of Character + account for a period of 24 hours * number of violations.

    Note: Abuses like - dumb, noob e.t.c will not be reviewed.

    From all about the case REJECTED!

    bullshit is, there is no regulation about this. If u sell something and want to guarantee that there won't be any scam, then u go to Market > Contractual and warranty deals and make deal. Senate or admin team accepting it, then there can't be any scam. 

    in your situation, which Skedi and u "created" new duel topics, no one in answer of ur little drama here. Who scammed, who won, who lost, not my business, not admins business. U made a deal between 2 of u, decided, fought, won, lost, paid web, not paid web. It is all about between u 2. Not other's business. So decide ur meaningless deal between  u and I'm closing this topic. 

     

    I have suggested same Duel mechanism already. If the admin accepts, after that there will be rules, payment methods, limitation, responsibilities and etc. After that u can complain or do whatever u want.

    1. Bought stats, u have 1800 he has 2000
    2. Maybe he added some 4th profession points to stats
    3. Maybe there are some harmony options which adds more stats.

    There are plenty ways to add more points legally via game. Even if it is hack, what is the point of hacking and risking his whole account(s) for 600 points which is not even a scratch for Prime server?

    1. what are these screenshots? it took 15 minutes to examine all and look for something weird, but couldn't get what is going on.

    I don't know the balance of the Dragon, how good or bad, but what I see from the gears of the classes, Slayer pretty good in Nightwing set and may be the player of slayer is trolling u )) I did it many times )) Just standing on the spot and healing, but not attacking.

    If it is not the case, then as Positive said, need to wait the new balance, which our (God bless him) admin promise that will be the best balance of the universe )

    vs which class? As much as I remember, when we were fighting, LW was pretty tanky and damage dealer vs Slayer. PvP always about class vs class.. Write like "LW vs BK weak", "LW vs DW weak" and etc.

    There is no prove! Send us the information about

    1. a clean photo where u and ur wife are happy together, preferable where u hug each other
    2. some photos from ur wedding
    3. if u have kids, photos of them, together with their parents and grandparents
    4. a photo or a video where u and ur wife playing together. We have to be sure that ur wife really playing but not sitting in front of the PC just for photo
    5. notarized register of the marriage at least in last 3 months. 
    6. a clear video where ur wife can count all the skills, wings, gears about the classes she plays.
    7. a CV of her, where shows the last 3 jobs
    8. a PvP fight video where she fights with another random player and she has to win at least 3-4 times.
    9. Daily, weekly and monthly playtime records. Need to see how many hours is she spending on this game.
    10. ID cards copy of urs and ur wife's. 
    11. and let her name the best Slayer char of the Prime server :D
