Sword Inertia IS NOT a PVP skill. I have never seen anyone use this skill for PVP, because its take a lot of time to cause damage to enemy after cast. 100% player using piercing for PVP and sword inertia for train level. i dont know why they neft this skill of slayer. she has no defense, and now she has no ability to cause damage either. maybe ADMIN should delete this character.
