Haste works well now, but Lightning still has bug. new-record - Trim.mp4

I don't know which version of the Haste skill, please see attached image, is this a basic skill?

Hello Arturs, please check "Lightning Storm" and "Haste" skills. First, sometimes Lightning Storm can't deal damage in Blood Castles, Devil events etc (see attached video). Second, Haste skill buff less attack speed when I'm in party (see attached screenshots).
