Hello, sadly there is nothing we can do about this. It's a game process and if you traded him the item and accepted the trade not making sure he put his item in the trade as well, it's not our fault 😞 I understand your frustration but it's not against rules if you trade the item yourself without having a Contractual or Warranty deal with the other player, in a simple situation like this all you had to do is wait for him to put his item in the trade and only then accept the trade not right away.

I hear a lot of people saying "pay to win", that it's impossible to get good gear without donating and stuff like that, but let me assure you this is NOT true. There are actually multiple ways of earning bonuses and let me explain them. Voting Voting is one of the easiest way of earning bonuses, even though it's not a lot of bonuses it's still a decent amount that only takes few seconds daily to earn some bonuses. Referral system Referral system is a great way of earning some extra bonuses if you play with friends, your friends can use your referral code to earn some rewards at specific amount of resets. Market Market is the main source of income, a lot of transactions are going on daily, players are buying/selling items here. If you manage to keep up and know what is the most required item at specific time you will be able to earn pretty decent amount of bonuses, for example if at one point everyone is looking for gemstones then obviously gemstones would sell for a good price and that's with every other item. More rare items will always stay at good price such as Talismans of Chaos Assembly (TOCA), Condor Flames, etc. Character Market Just like regular market it's a great way of earning bonuses by selling characters to other players, for example you make another account just for this purpose, get your character to a specific amount of resets, quests and master level and you decide to sell it, you can do so on the character market. Forum / in-game events (hosted by quest master) Every week there are forum and in-game events hosted by a quest master. It's an easy way of getting some bonuses without spending too much of your time, sometimes wining depends on your luck and sometimes it depends on your knowledge about the game. So if you are not yet participating - make sure you do. Castle Siege Wining the Castle Siege and becoming the owner of Land of Trials doesn't mean it's the only reward you are getting. Guild master will get 1% from every zen and bonuses transfers there are on the website (market and character market), also 20% when player does Hero Reset. Rankings There are multiple rankings that you can earn bonuses for: Devil Square Devil Square ranking is a weekly ranking, top 20 players that score the most points in Devil Square during the week receive bonuses. Chaos Castle Chaos Castle ranking is a weekly ranking, top 20 players that win Chaos Castle the most during the week receive bonuses. Blood Castle Blood Castle ranking is a weekly ranking, top 20 players that visit Blood Castle the most during the week receive bonuses. Voting Voting ranking is another monthly ranking, top 50 players that have voted the most during the month receive bonuses. Referral Referral ranking is a weekly ranking as an extra reward for Referral system, top 30 players whose referrals get the most resets receive bonuses. Online Online ranking is a monthly ranking which gives you bonuses just for being online, top 50 online players receive bonuses every month. Evomun Evomun ranking is not so about rewards in bonuses, it's more about getting in the top 5 to get Talisman of Chaos Assembly (TOCA) as a rewardl. But even if you don't get in the top 5, you can get some bonuses as well. This ranking resets every week (weekly ranking). Хмм интересно, вашего персонажа нет не на 1 не на саб сервере, так же нет на 3 и 4 (ивент сервер). Не знаю даже как такое может быть, поэтому и не делается дисконект. Может через какое то время можно будет зайти. А на сайте какое расположение показивает?

I don't quite understand, what donate shop are you referring to? You can't really buy anything for wcoins, mostly some buffs and broken horn (which is not even actual since buying from people is much cheaper and you don't have to risk anything). There is no donate shop where you can buy full items or anything like that, only thing you can get full is weapon or shield from lottery. P.S. You know why item prices drop so quickly? Because of groups like this They sell stuff way cheaper than it costs to buy for bonuses (for real money) and they don't care that it's not allowed.

Your event inventory is full, empty space in event inventory and then you will be fine.

Did you do the required amount and did you claim the reward on website? Guild buff you should get if your guild had more than 1 star and I think Guild Master has to claim the reward for guild to receive buff (I might be wrong but it worked like that for us, when I claimed the reward we got the buff maybe just timing but worth a try). Or something just isn't working, also a possibility.

It's 10k not 50k, it says 50k but it's 10, another display bug, if it worked like it should it wouldn't be that bad. Only administration can do that, have to wait for Lege Artis

Unfortunately this week's quest doesn't work as it should be working, it doesn't add evomun levels together it just takes the highest level of each player just like evomun ranking, it shouldn't be like that, I already messaged Lege Artis about this so that he can let the developers know about this, maybe it will be fixed quickly maybe not, can't say for sure 😞
