hike11 0 Posted August 27, 2023 I understand how the chaos machine %'s work and how we can just be unlucky, but I seriously think that there may be a bug with creating a chaos weapon. I performed a test with 95%+ chances 10/10 they failed. Statistically, that is SO hard to achieve and I have never been able to create a chaos weapon when the % is less than 100%.
