SickMyDuck being the main player controlling SoldMySoul, SickMyDuck logs outor switchs char on SoldMySoul to avoid PK, and then comes to attacker( me) on his Char(SickMyDuck) and then logs back in on SoldMySoul.

Here is the situation.

You come to spot to kill Lemu. She is not attacking, but you attacking 1stly. She is switching char and bringing main char to fight with you. It is normal. Then u r fighting with him, sometimes u r killing him, sometimes he is killing u. So nothing here breaking rules. 

When it would be count as breaking rule?

If Lemu would attack u 1stly and switch char, then she would get ban 100%. But in this case she is the defender. So my decision is, it is not breaking rules.
