Quest System jumped back to quests I already completed

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately I don't have any screenshot as I realized just after, but basically this is what happened:

1. I completed quest #71.
2. Made a reset then went to get reward, I got quest #30 then.
3. I completed quests #30 and #31 and then got #72 next.

What's weird is that when I got quest 30 (or 31, whichever is the one to kill Death Cows x 40), the quest already had 7 killed. Meaning that it started with 7/40 killed right away.
I also got a 2nd Crest of Monarch from them.

Yes, we have this problem from time to time. Your character in any way receives back his original quest number after switching char.
