post command , after master level 20

Small thing but would be nice to make /post command and Private Store at level1 after 3rd Class change at MLvl-50

Like mu helper you can use it at level1 and ML20

We using old-school type of resets, where maximum level is 400 (not 1200).
That's why master level doesn't count as requirement. We can't change it.
