Yes, this is a bug since after the server restart bosses weren't spawning for some reason, in fact none of the bosses or monsters didn't spawn (Including the new great dragon, asteroth, etc.). We just have to wait for administrator to fix the issue. 2. I believe you can only get vault extension once the same goes for inventory extension. You can buy them by pressing "X" in-game which is the hotkey for accessing the WCoin shop (keep in mind that you won't be able to open WCoin shop on event maps such as devil square, blood castle, etc.).
