    You can buy lower stones in Devias next to the vault.

    Also I'm a Soul Master, need the Ice Storm skill but can't get it, because it is drops in Icarus, but can't go over therem because I can't make a wing which is needed to go to Icarus... it is absolutely nonsense... 

    You can use lvl1 wings and Dinorant to go in Icarus. Loch's feather doesn't drop there. Zaikan boss drops it. 😃

    They don't, Quest Master npc's jobs never reset. You can reset your character level and the quest progress remain.

    In reality nobody will pay their money so that you or someone else can enjoy the game for free. Life is tough buddy and shit costs money. So either you suck it up or find a different MU server to play. Or better yet go and try to make one yourself and show me how you can do it better.

    You don't need stones.

    lvl1 wing +7 no luck +add16 + feather/com + chaos = 90%

    lvl1 wing +8 no luck +add12 + feather/com + chaos = 90%

    lvl1 wing +7 luck +add12 + feather/com + chaos = 90%
