Thanks, looks like I was wrong - they do spawn after all. There are just less of them now.

Hello, Since the last server update, Cursed Kings no longer spawn in Lorencia. Can the quest be changed or is it meant to be passed only by Caste Owners? Thanks, UnDead

Perhaps something like Talisman of Luck may be of value. I have not seen ToL anywhere so far, and getting those extra 10% success rate for Wings level 4 combinations must be something of value.
