A: You should pass 3rd quest, then start to hunting on monster from Karutan and higher About DL - better to ask in-game post about it. Try to be one minute before starting of invasion outside of the city (Lorencia, Noria, Devias) Lorencia and Noria, most of time around of the city (especially in Noria, try to use north exit).
