Kindly ask to not duplicate tickets and topics on the forum.

We have several admins, and each has their own responsibilities. In some cases, we need to communicate with each other to resolve your issue, and this can take some time. Also, there is a case, when the same issue 2 different admins handle at the same time. This means - that one of us just spends his time for nothing. It's not good.

1) If you created a ticket, no need to duplicate it on the forum
2) If you created a topic on the forum, no need to duplicate a ticket:
3) Duplicate won't increase the speed of resolving your problem

So, starting from now, we've added a new rule:

3.1. It's forbidden to duplicate the same request on the forum and in the website ticket system. 
If you've created a ticket on the webiste, you can't create the same topic on the forum. And if you've created a topic on the forum, you can't create the same kind of ticket on the website.
penalty: read-only from 3 to 7 days and topic deletion.
