Lemuria Attacking other players while using Auto Attack

This has happened a couple of times now, 
So I'm assuming that this is a kind of bug?

I checked the log and I didn't receive any self defense message, meaning other people didn't attack me first. 

I managed to see it happen one time, my Unleash marvel was automatically attacking people, but it doesnt happen often

Happened again just now - 

Just noticed, it often happens in Tarkan, 
And the other guy is a Dark Lord
