12:02 I lost my Brilliant GunCrusher pants at +11 while using TOCA !

Issue: Lost item when upgrading via chaos machine with Toca, Gun Crusher Brilliant pant from +10 to +11. Dont know what is the issue, but i did register my toca when doing the upgrade, somehow item disappeared.
