Summoner elemental dmg

Is there something wrong with summoners ele dmg because my summ does about 100-200 ele dmg with the same penta (220 penta) as SL/DL and they both do about 1500-1800 ele dmg? Even with higher 660 penta the dmg is about 10 times lower on summoner (~800 on summoner and ~8k on SL/DL)

Same As my summoner 

At prime

Using full errtal rank 5 level 10 5 slot penta only cast 2k dmg per hit / the other class with rank 3 level 7 cast 5 slot penta 10k-16k dmg per hit

At dune

Same as topic : same penta same rr sum cast 200dmg-800dmg the other class cast 10k-12k dmg =))) ( at condition same penta 660dmg )
