Hello, i bought today 10.04.2023, 08-00--09-00, a Dark Steel Pants, from Personal stor, for 100 000 000. ZEN server time and i was unable to open `k` menu to get the item. After relog the case was empty. is there any way i can recover the Item or get the bow ?
