Hello, i bought a sold 9B for 270M 31.03.2023 and i was unable to open `k` menu to get the zen. After relog the case was empty. is there any way i can recover the jvls or get the zen?

I had the same issue, but on the other side, I sold 9B for 270M in store, and that zen never appeared in my K 😞
