Any changes or simple server restart?

It's clear as a day that once magic server will be closed after some time there is gonna be new project in plan witch probably is gonna be a mid rate server.
My suggestion and idea to that would be, how about server where players in max resets can only have up to like 20k or even less of stat points?
Becouse now in the end game people have their stats maxed out at 32k mostly 3 of stats are maxed out. But the game offers for every class more builds also probably some hybrid builds.
Also master tree and majestic have so many tallent points useless that doesnt even worth adding under 32k stats unless some of the upgrades give increase in % then it scales out. For example every class has tallent that increase stats of agi,vit,str you can make in one of those up to 1k. Its very usefull when you don't have much of stat points. From what i know this server is for long time and if up to this day mastery and majestic hasnt been scaled out probably becouse its realy hard.
Also it would allow people to spend their stat points more insuficient.
I understand in that case you have to rework quest system that it either doesn't reward stat points or is strickly reduced the amount that it rewards and also the whole mobs scaling is neccecery.
This is idea that i came a cross like 8 years ago in one server that made things realy interesting, for example there was RF who either builds more vit that gives increased dmg to 1 spell, BK with hybrid builds and so on. Something like this is very hard to make becouse of balancing and in these seasons more characters has been made there for more spells etc and is lot harder to set a perfect sweet spot for balance.

I think this is best thing to do, better then deleting all chars. To those who wanted to play under 1000xp i believe in few months will be new project with mid rates, so it takes just some patience and time. Tbh for me this won't change much what rates im moved to since the whole game and item grinding starts realy when you hit max resets. All i hope is for little bit more active PvP active fixes in game.

If you dont have much time to play and you are jsut here to get some nostalgia you should not cry about someone beeing stronger than you ^^.
VN or not, if you have a group of players that play 24/7 you simply grow faster and get stronger ^^.
Anyway, hope to get noticed by that Balancing thing and an Statement from Admins.Sticking to fact that you want some promises to be done is completly normal, but it wont change your game quality, from what you are standing for looks like you dont have any clue on how things will go. I can simply tell you enjoy nostalgia by playing game, but you will end up quiting it becouse of the reasons i mentioned!

Clearly what Artus said is wrong and has to be worked on. Coz what he Promissed with this upcoming Sega Project, didnt come true at the slightest.
Plus alot of bugs and i wont go into that one..
Balancing should have Prio. to the Server and its Playerbase. False Promisses have to be Apologized for and work on fixing this.
If Admins say there is nothing wrong, give us Video Proof of ur Balance-Testing - Full Geared GL vs Full Geared DL " since the promise was, everyone can kill everyone ".You actualy believe in those tests? 😄 Also this whole sega is different from magic or prime, come on give me a break, i already knew how things gonna go in this server and i predicted it very good, thats why i didnt even bother to start playing there. I watched the whole ranked they all were top players what stopped them was the cap of resets untill others catch up, they all had FO weapons while others only few had. When you all will reach 100rr they gonna be first ones to get it btw. They will take all bosses, events everything becouse they spoon fed server with donations that greatly gave them many coins and they are not even bastards to each other they share those weapons so that all gang is strong. But the whole thing is you can balance what ever you want, in the end it will go bad. This lottery with FO weapons give insane kick start but the difference is when there is for example guild where from 20members mby 10have FO and then there is guild where 20/20 has FO and others stuff. Good luck with that and if DL is so OP trust me they will have some DL too and if DL gets nerfed they will switch class...

Gonna bring you bad news, if been playing here for couple of months with GL and my advice either switch to strong classes or accept the reality. You will do the lowest dmg in PvP and PvE no matter if you got max mastery levels or majestic levels and even your items in general. You can have quests,achievments good set for example MG who just hitted 100rr will do more dmg then you it's just how things are. From what i know it''s not only that GL are bad in here at some season they got nerfed originaly.

I think this system is what we needed 1month early and server would be going just good without merge. About golden rabbits its just fine, it gives opportunity even for players with 1rr to collect materials. To those who thinks this is too much easy actualy it is not. You can collect in like 2-3days 200chaos under good farming and chances for toca is 1/4 so its not that simple. Also for those afk farmers this wont work that easy you actualy has to be online to realy do good farming, overall this works just fine in my opinion.
Tocas will be more in markets, there for its price will go down, tbh tocas go for 200bon for palyer who are not top players its un real to collect those bons, if tocas price come down market and bon activity will grow much better higher competition levels aswell.

Call back other guild mates too, no need to leave the game just because u can fight with top players. After the merge with Prime all will be balanced. No domination, no monopoly, no bully and etc. Yes there will be fights, we'll fight for bosses, for Ashy Aida spots, Castle Siege, Arca War and more of them, we can success or fail in fight, it is normal, but all these will be balanced. Just bring all back, to have a good team fight)
Sounds good and i hope it will work like that becouse the players we talk about are dedicated to the bone, almost like they have time available 24/7 for this game. I dont know how much of strong guilds are in prime server i hope there is many, becouse i have a feeling, those guys from magic is also preparing for this merge. 🙂 But i do hope it will be they way you say.

I like hearing new things that is coming, everything is great, i was wondering about the 100x, when i came to this server there was another one 50x witch was merged. The population wasnt high due to low exp or what?
This conserns me becouse this game mainly is based on pvp and under that low exp is it gonna be all good maybe there is a sweet spot between? I have to admit even tough this server had 1000xp it wasnt that easy to level up exspecialy the last 10resets took time. And the real game just starts at 100resets whole set grinding.
I hope the stuff considered all scenarios for that low exp, lets be real players are lazy and sometimes they are affraid of that low exp, even though system here is very good.

About off-level and TOCA.
Off-level will be returning to everyone in the next update. TOCA will be removed from the zen lottery and will be added the extra lottery. I can't share the full details of the new TOCA lottery, but:
1) Chance of TOCA will be a MUCH higher. Something like 20-25%. Other 70-75 will be also valuable items (no jewels or boxes)
2) Items for this lottery players will obtain during active gameplay. More active - faster collect the items
3) Farming will be available for newbies too.The game experience will be HIGHLY improved, no more full server of off-level afk characters in 25 windows of zen farmers. As for me, the next update will be a big game-changer.
About disconnects after warping - this issue appears and disappears for the players absolutely randomly since starting of the MUX Legend project. We don't have to find the behavior of this problem.
About the PVP.
We're starting full and deep tests of the PvP, from the very bottom. Will be added cooldown for the SD and Elite HP potions. This will be another big game-changer.
About the future
Magic server, obviously waiting for a merge with the Prime. We understand all of the mistakes on the Magic.
A new server will be only after all of these changes.Will be also changes in the quest system, to make it more friendly to the players.
Also as an achievement system.Let's make MUX great again!
Basicly all we who left server should wait untill new update and merge before coming back?

Nothing will fix anything anymore, best is to reopen new server and learning from mistakes. Altought i realy liked this server, but this is what happens when poeple are ignored.

Well they should done it already not wait this long or atleast give somekind of information on when it will be what to expect from it. People have left, a lot of people, server is realy emtpy now. Yesterday found new server seems like others did, but still gonna watch out what happens here and log in to check out thing, update wont bring back all who left, but who knows im always up for this server if they get things right. 🙂

The thing is system had holes they abused and holding ground that noone can rly get to them but by doing so, people leave game and noone rly stands that long to gear up and group up.

Its realy up to server stuff thinking out solution from this point, but it will be hard.

Some momos just dont understand here what people are ''crying'' about... Whole server system it is indeed realy good the features are awesome, but whole thing wasnt tought out and left some holes in this system, so some monkey boys did use this opportunity to abuse those holes on system, by playing each 5acc at same time or what ever the amount was there for. They did it from very begin and made things faster then others + did some donations that gave them even more advantage. By the time monkey boys has geared to the teeth noone realy could catch up. Don''t talk about grouping up and killing that works only when there is one douchebag in server but when you have a group of them, you just cant do it anymore. There isnt even left that many players who can stand against their max out items. But in addiiton to that monkeys start killing everyone nonstop untill players start leaving, its cool happens to all servers but in here when population is so low, and they distract players to even level up.
So here is those smart asses, dont talk ur bullshit okay? Look at the numbers of online, and dont listen what happens here, shits has already hit the van and there is nothing to change, it would be unfair to ban certain players for spending time 24/7 and money to get stronger, but there was nothing done to prevent things. All you can do now is wipe the server reopen new and hope things like this doesnt happen anymore.
For me personally i dont care about vietnamies monkeys, they are annoying but this game is built around things like that, what i dont like when i see players leaving server and it happens very fast everyday all i care about was that there is lot of players things going on and server grows. Cant say it too soon but from what i seen now i have wasted 2months in server, never seen server going down or people leaving that much becouse of reasons like this its just sad.

Totally agree about this, they are pain in the ass ofcourse, but they have made it to top. I believe there is no school or job for those guys it's only game for them. It will take longer time for others to catch up but it will happen. Mostly those guys took the time with farming in off mods if the off level is back, anyone can make a guild all farm zen do lottery share rewards to make each other stronger. But here is the thing, those guys are same country, probably played together in other servers and migrating in this setup team from server to server. Other players wont share things in guilds like probably they do and this is what everyone has to understand they are like 5players farming shit for each other, while we all are by our selfs farming our own shit.
Maybe people are mad becouse from begining acc per pc wasnt reduce and they got a good kickstart from others, dunno.
They are assholes, nonlifers and so on, but at the end of the day, they earned it all by playing 24/7 and noone can take away that from them. -

They should make 2acc per PC and thats it, server has turned out to be some kind of nonstop farm afk mechanism.
Noone goes to DS for zen, they go to get there ruud, then have other acc that farms tickets etc.

I think GL has never been their priority since other things are to do. I my self playing GL would say hes not that bad, under equal situations with stats,sets etc i can actulay do great even against top classes. But thats just in pvp in pve hes complete no dmg garbage anyone with less rr sets can do more dmg then gl.
