Fourth skill tree became inactive

[Fourth skill tree became inactive]

Hi, Admin! Today, after a visit Imperial Fortress, the 4th skill tree become inactive for me (Meteor Strike + Freezing), the freezing circle does not work and the dmg is less than it was, asking for help to fix this. I tried to reset the branch and studied it again, it didn’t help. Then reinstalled the game, the same.

It is impossible to weld Greater spiirit stones from ancient  items in chaos machine.

Trying with gloves, helms, armor. All items with luck, +9; opt +24, +28

Items just burn. Can you check this?
